It uses pieces of art with guided imagery and other methods to teach individuals how to acheive a balanced state of well being utilizig deep breathing and other methods.

And a proud native of California, recently retired to beautiful Gig Harbor, Washington. My art background is multifaceted. In my early years, my concentration was in the field of music.
