This scene inspired a whole series of paitnings that I used in my psychological practice to teach my patients how to overcome stress and anxiety. The process is called transcendent art. It uses pieces of art with guided imagery and other methods to teach individuals how to acheive a balanced state of well being utilizig deep breathing and other methods.
Welcome to my Gallery. My name is Juliette Becker. I am an artist, wife,mother of five, grandmother, and psychologist. And a proud native of California, recently retired to beautiful Gig Harbor, Washington. My art background is multifaceted. In my early years, my concentration was in the field of music. I was a classical pianist and trained, performing opera singer. As I progressed and my life changed, I immersed myself into the art world and added oil painting to my skills.
